Air Park Properties

Our Air Park development is a recent endeavor, and meets the newest demand in the Verde Valley. Our air park development is one of a kind in central Arizona. We spent years working with the FAA and the public airfield to grant private access onto the runway. Now, our hangar owners can own an entire office/hangar with private access to a centrally located airport in Arizona.

The hanger below was custom built for a local resident to include his office space in suite with his hangar.

This is a five unit hangar, each unit available as either a leasable space or as a condo unit. Backus Building Companies developed this project to meet the needs of local plane owners and pilots.
