Backus Building Companies is a Land Development Company and a General Contracting company located in Cottonwood, Arizona. We have been developing real estate and operating as a contractor in the Verde Valley since the early 1970s. Over the years, we have developed millions of dollars in real estate, have constructed some of the valley’s finest properties, and played a major role in the development of our community. Having raised our children in the community, we have an interest in continually improving the quality of the community through our development and construction efforts. We have developed a reputation as an honest and integrable developer and contractor.
